Initial Consultation
Up to 1 hour - £65
Your first appointment is a thorough and personalised session designed to get to the root of your issue and begin your path to recovery.
We’ll start with a detailed case history, allowing us to understand your symptoms, any underlying causes, and address any concerns you may have. This is followed by clinical and mobility testing to assess how your joints, muscles, and surrounding structures are functioning – helping us identify what may be contributing to your discomfort or movement restrictions.
Once the assessment is complete, we’ll clearly explain the diagnosis and discuss the most appropriate way to manage your condition. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's going on, why it’s happening, and how we plan to help.
Hands-on treatment is included in your first session. This may involve a combination of joint articulations, gentle manipulations, and soft tissue techniques – all tailored to reduce discomfort and improve mobility.
To finish, we’ll guide you through simple exercises or movements that support your recovery and help maintain the benefits of treatment at home.

Ongoing Treatment
Up to 35 minutes - £50
Follow-up treatments are focused on continuing your progress and building long-term improvements in how your body moves and feels.
We’ll begin by reviewing your symptoms and checking in on how things have changed since your last visit. This helps us monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
Hands-on treatment remains a core part of each session.
Techniques may include joint articulation, soft tissue work, and manipulation – all tailored to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and create lasting change in the affected area.
As your condition improves, we’ll also progress your exercise plan to build strength, flexibility, and control. These movements are designed to support your recovery and help you take an active role in preventing future flare-ups.
Every session is a step towards greater freedom of movement and more control over your health
